Assign a landmark to pin this point to it on the patient. Leave as “(free point)” to let it scale with the landmarks and stay draggable.

How to draw

Click empty space to add a point; if a point is selected it links to it with the current connection type, building a chain. Click a point to select it. Shift-click another point to link the two. Drag a point to move it. New path starts a fresh, unconnected chain.
